1. Order Processing Time


All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after placement. During promotional events or holiday peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will try our best to notify you via announcements or email.

2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times


We provide worldwide shipping service for global customers.

  • After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 10–15 business days.
  • Depending on customs clearance speed in the destination country, holidays and logistics conditions, some orders may take 15–25 business days to arrive.

Please note that international shipping may face unavoidable delays beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance delays — the most common cause for hold-ups in international delivery.
  • Severe weather affecting flights and local postal services.
  • Public holidays in the destination country suspending delivery.
  • Peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other global sales events.

3. Order Tracking


Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with relevant details. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update online.

4. Shipping Address


Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout, including postal code and phone number.

We are not responsible for lost, returned, or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to a wrong address, new shipping fees will be charged for resending.

If the shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, a refund can be issued after deducting original outbound & return shipping costs plus handling fees.
